How big are your typical engagement teams?

Small and senior. A pilot ships with 2–3 people; a portfolio deployment with 4–6. No offshore handoffs.

4–8 weeks from kickoff to a running production slice, depending on data readiness.

Do you sign NDAs and MSAs?

Yes — standard practice before any discovery work. We can also work under your paper.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. All engagement output is delivered to your repositories and cloud accounts.

Does it work on iPhones and Androids equally?

Yes — it runs on any modern mobile browser. No app store dependency.

How often does plot state sync?

State refreshes every 30 seconds by default; near-real-time push is available for enterprise deployments.

How is the WhatsApp handoff configured?

Each plot's CTA opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing plot and block ID, routed to your configured sales number.

Where is our data stored?

By default in the region you specify. For regulated operators, we deploy inside your own cloud account or on-prem.

What auth and audit controls are supported?

SSO (SAML, OIDC), role-based access, and audit logs on Enterprise tier. Deployment tier includes standard email/OAuth auth.

Do you retain customer data for training?

No. We do not use customer data for model training or cross-customer analytics.
