Modeling Practice

AI Business Modeling.

Target operating models, capability blueprints, and org designs for enterprises operationalising AI at scale — with the process re-engineering that makes it stick.

01 — What we do

Three pillars that carry the practice.

01

Target operating model

A layered blueprint across data, platform, product and governance — sized to your current maturity, not a reference-architecture fantasy.

02

Org & capability design

Role charters, hiring plans and RACI matrices that make AI ownership unambiguous across business, IT, data and risk.

03

Process re-engineering

We rewrite the workflows AI touches — not bolt models onto legacy processes and hope for lift.

We ship this practice as a small, opinionated system — running infrastructure, evaluation harnesses, and the rituals that make leadership trust the numbers.
02 — Capabilities

What we build inside this practice.

Every engagement is scoped as a small system, not a slide deck. You get running infrastructure, documentation, and the metric-store hooks to measure it.

Numbers from the field.

Faster hiring cycles

When role charters and capability maps precede recruiting.

04 — The problem we solve

You can't scale AI on an org chart built for reporting.

Most enterprises try to run AI through the same committees that approved SharePoint sites. The result: models trapped in the data team, business owners with no accountability, and a CoE that produces papers instead of products. We rebuild the operating model — org, process, platform and governance — as one coherent system.

05 — How we deliver

A methodology we've run — not a slide.

Every engagement follows the same phased spine so leadership always knows what ships in the next two weeks.

08 — Buyer questions

What leadership actually asks.

Do you deliver this without doing our builds?

Yes. Modeling is standalone. Many clients use us for TOM + CoE design, then run builds internally or via other partners.

How do you avoid producing a shelfware document?

Every artifact is tied to a live workflow. The TOM is validated by re-engineering one process end-to-end during the engagement, so leadership sees the operating model in motion — not on paper.

Do you help with hiring?

We produce role charters, calibration rubrics and interview loops. We don't recruit directly, but we've onboarded shortlists from Riyadh, London and Lahore markets.

How is this different from a McKinsey org design?

We embed engineers alongside consultants. The TOM is tested against real platform constraints — not drawn on a slide and handed to IT to figure out.
